Additionally, however, it is our belief that successful management involves a relentless focus on the owner’s capital and objectives. This is clearly illustrated by our management of 1608 W 5th.

Situated on prime real estate in the vibrant West End neighborhood, we have successfully third-party managed this sophisticated, LEED Silver certified, ~47,000 square foot building making it a profitable investment for the owner.

1 Music Circle – Nashville, TN

Music Row Renovation & Management

Transforming a Landmark Asset
OakPoint Services worked to transform this ~28,000 square foot building in the heart of Nashville’s famous Music Row neighborhood into the user’s newest co-working space.

Integrated Team Approach
Our Construction, Asset Management, and Property Management teams led the renovation of this building to include 50+ individual office spaces, open air cubicles, and conference rooms, new signage and awnings, and the addition of a recreation/gaming room for tenants. The team was able to navigate ownership’s demands and vision to deliver the desired layout.

Hands-On, Ongoing Management
This work involved an extensive process including coordination with the owner/tenant’s national vendors to ensure continuity amongst all of the desired co-working spaces. During the course of this project our team proceeded with an ownership mindset to achieve the desired goals, and to concurrently alleviate existing tenant retention issues. Subsequent to the completion of the renovation work, our team continues the daily work of ensuring that asset management is handled in a timely and professional manner.

From Development to Management
OakPoint developed Bouldin Creek, a 167,000 square foot, Class A, LEED Silver office building in Austin's urban core. Subsequent to the building’s development, OakPoint Services was awarded the opportunity to third-party manage this asset.
